This is Danyal Rasheed from Pakistan. I am looking for a Ph.D. position in the plant stress physiology field. Presently, I am working as a lecturer pursuing both academic and research work in the Department of Biology, Afridi model school and College, Peshawar, Pakistan. I completed my Master's degree in Botany/Plant Physiology field at Bacha Khan University, Charsadda, Pakistan in August 2022. My area of research interest is related to Plant Stress Physiology and Plant Molecular Physiology. Being a young researcher, I am highly motivated to work on any projects focusing on Plant Science or Plant Biology. But I have rich experience in Plant stress physiology including both abiotic and biotic stress. Abiotic stress includes salt, drought, heat, cold, heavy metals, ozone, UV radiation, and nutrient deficiencies and biotic stress includes insects, nematodes, fungi, bacteria, viruses, weeds, etc.I carried out in vitro and in vivo studies using various cellular and molecular techniques such as extraction of biochemical contents, morphological data, antioxidant activities, DNA, RNA extraction and real-time PCR techniques, and so on.In addition to this, I gain advanced knowledge in computer and statistical languages such asSPSS, Statistics 7,8,10, Prism, End Note & Mendeley, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. This computer literacy is not limited to these but also commands statistical analysis like One-way Anova, Two-way Anova, Linear regression, Correlation, F-test, T-test, etc.I have self-sufficiency, and excellent communication, writing, and data interpretation skills. I can work independently on scientific research investigations.Thank you
