After gaining valuable agency experience, I decided to take a break from agency life and am now gaining first-hand experience on the brand side with the in-house team at PakWheels.While working with PakWheels, I got an even larger perspective of scaling a consumer centric brand especially through digital content. This encouraged me to leverage consumer insights, market research, and performance data to create compelling advertising strategy and content that resonate with our audience.I’ve been to both worlds. I feel I have a unique perspective on both agency and in-house businesses. I’ve seen many great running operations, teams, growth processes and witnessed the opposite - teams missing deadlines, operational chaos, and lack of clarity in the growth strategy.
