•Field inspections, assessments and submitting reports to Commercial section for approvals.•Enforcing occupational hazards, safety & security protocols associated with operations and material recovery facilities at client & MRF.•Implementing strategies, ensuring that all activities are under jurisdiction while comply with environmental laws and regulations.•Documenting unscheduled activities in operations and reporting the Manager, Commercial Operations.•Ensuring all equipment and vehicles are in proper working conditions, arranging maintenance schedule and follow-up as needed.•Route planning, scheduling, optimization and ensuring cost and time efficiencies, keeping dead miles at lowest possible.

•Identify, establish and respond to existing and new potential customer inquiries and complaints.•Delivering presentations of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.•Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.•Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.•Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support across the company.•Assisting to identify the opportunities for upcoming products, and for development and enhancement of existing products.•Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales.•Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.•Motivating all sales staff to share relevant data about the market in facilitating the ease of retrieval, recording, and use of information.

•Making service orders/request as per customer queries.•Conduct team meetings & daily hurdles and update team members on challenging issues.•Managing team performance & monthly KPI reports, further give feedback to team leader. •Strict compliance with policies & procedures, while assisting quality assurance & fraud management to monitor and audit the system & process with effectiveness and precision.

•Sales & distribution of FMCG products, (dairy, beverages, vegetable oil, ghee etc).•Logistics management of inventory, replacement before expiry, and damage issues.•Report daily to management about field visits, sales and ongoing issues with stakeholder.•Customer services/relationship management and providing after sales services to stakeholders.•Ensure proper merchandised product display as per organization’s policy & procedures, collection of receivable and pending amounts from stakeholders.
