Current role as the Food Safety Manager, overseeing food safety programs at a lactose manufacturing and whey protein processing facility, as well as a cheese manufacturing facility. Earned my B.A in Biology, along with 13 years’ experience in the dairy industry. I have a strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills with those inside and outside of the organization, team leadership skills, and am proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I easily adapt to constantly changing situations and environments, have the ability to multitask, and have strong organizational skills.
