I am a telecommunications professional with extensive experience in the industry. Within my tenure, I have held positions in tech ops , supply chain, and call center management. It is in retail however where I have matured both my character and my career. In the last twelve years I have progressed my retail position from an effective front-line greeter to a people leader in one of the world's most known cities, San Francisco. In my recent role as a retail store manager for Xfinity by Comcast, I am responsible for leading a store team to achieve and exceed sales goals, develop future leaders, and maintain operational standards. I am actively working on a screenplay based on a true story that focuses on child abuse. Additionally, I have many story ideas that I am actively developing. However, my writing isn’t just limited to film. I can write about sports and music topics too.I am a musician. I began teaching myself to play guitar 20 years ago. While I use song covers to learn to play, I also write songs and have performed them at open mic venues. Prior to entering the retail space I specialized in first person interpretation for a variety of industries.
