Danyel Brooks is a seasoned veteran in the real estate industry. Upon graduating with a degree in marketing from San Diego State University, Danyel began pursuing her dream as an entrepreneur focusing in the area of real estate investments and management. After passing the Real Estate Brokers Exam, Danyel has educated other like-minded investors as well as assisted many first-time home buyers. In addition, she has purchased several investment properties for herself. She loves the creative aspects of real estate and has purchased and/or assisted her clients in acquiring/selling properties through seller carry backs, lease with the option to purchase, land trusts, wraps, and more. Her problem-solving ability in regards to real estate has coined her as “The Investor’s Broker.”In 2007, Danyel realized the need for property management, in both residential and commercial markets. After evaluating other management companies as well as making her intensive S.W.O.T. analysis, Danyel, along with Broker Steve Welty, began Beyond Property Management, Inc. Danyel lives by the notion that she is here to earn her client’s business. As a result, she does not hold any of her clients to contracts. This philosophy on business has allowed Beyond Property Management to grow beyond her wildest dreams.
