As an adult with a solid career on an upward trajectory........ I decided to go back to school for an MBA! Why would someone who wasn’t “required” by her current role or career path decide to go back to school? I am all about growing and taking on new opportunities! In this journey as an adult learner, I learned so much about myself, not just business. To say I am passionate about development is an understatement. Whether it is growing my own skills, coaching my team to be better versions of themselves, or being sought out for guidance, I love it! I create open dialogue so that everyone can develop themselves, grow their careers, and achieve business results. I am a maverick in my approach. I have the unique ability to be extremely creative with curriculum design or putting together masterful cupcake flavor combinations while at the same time finding joy in the analytics. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than using data to recognize trends, make educated decisions, and move projects forward.
