Marketing Coordinator
Current• Create proposals, RFP/RFQs and other promotional materials• Prepare AIA 305 Qualification Statements as requested• Plan and coordinate Sierra Events, including employee-only (State of Sierra, Holiday Party, Retirement Parties, Golf Tournaments) and public events (consultant appreciation, anniversary, etc• Order and maintain inventory of all printed material (letter head, business cards, envelopes, etc.)• Assist in ordering and maintaining Sierra swag given to employees (hats, t-shirts, anniversary gifts, etc)• Maintain an accurate database of Sierra’s job history• Monitors potential projects and report to appropriate personnel• Attend marketing and networking events• Manage company project lead/tracking list • Post subcontractor bid information • Publish press releases, including new projects, project completions, and in-progress updates• Share relevant articles to News blog• Update company website to keep overall feel fresh and new• Maintain Complete Project History and In-Progress Maps• Maintain Employee Blog• Ensure completion of marketing related project start-up and close-out tasks• Maintain and understand confidentiality agreements with each customer to ensure compliance• Order project signage, hardhat stickers and custom jobsite swag• Coordinate project photo and video documentation from project start to completion, as needed for marketing purposes and client gifts• Maintain current employee resumes • Update artwork around the office(s)• Create Annual Sierra Bulletin• Coordinate client gifts and cards during the holidays• Maintain Sierra’s national annual qualifications to its clients as needed (ie. Home Depot, WalmartMaintain Sierra’s social media• Maintain company brand and logo/color consistency• Maintain company photo and video archive, including employee events, project marketing photos, and employee photos (new hire and maintain current employees))
