As Director of Online Learning, I continue my work in the field of faculty growth and specialize in online education and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning research. I connect and work closely with faculty who are teaching online and using web-enhanced tools in the classroom. Through my work, I have become a stakeholder who advocates for online faculty and students in meetings while assisting the institution in its goals to increase online enrollments though partnerships with Western New York institutions, participation in national compacts such as SARA, and advocating for online learning at the state level.
