I am apart of the day shift team at this secondary PSAP center, taking 911 calls among other non-emergent calls and dispatching medical and fire calls for the County of Greenville. I’ve mastered skills in all three positions: 911 Operator, Fire Dept Dispatcher, & System Status Controller. This organization has provided me with training to obtain an Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD), Emergency Fire Dispatcher (EFD) certification, and EMDQ for Quality Assurance review of calls. A rewarding and collaborative position that I’m always learning something new in. As of Dec ‘22, I have accepted a position for Assistant Supervisor.
