Manage relationships with all stakeholders to engage, integrate, evaluate, and maintain direct & active relationships with partners (mostly with Bank, Payment Gateway, and Brand Network Partner), including proactively resolving business and technical issues related to a product3. Evaluate products performance based on data and feedback from related stakeholders, including analyzing the product issues, and determining the root cause and the actionable solutions4. Create product development proposals through Ureq (previously called BRD) with clear business impact and summary of technical requirements to ensure all related stakeholders5. Guide and lead the testing step on E-Commerce Payment products before going live (called Production Trial Run).
