International leader and active volunteer: these are my two hats. Graduated from HEC Paris and MIT Sloan (MBA), I started my career in market finance during 6 years. I then turned to M&A / corporate development and strategy by joining Groupe BPCE in 2004. In 2009, the same group trusted me to join the Executive Committee of BPCE International, then to become Deputy CEO of Fransabank France where I set up the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering department and lead front to back transformation and IT migration projects. On a personal level, I have been involved for a long time as a volunteer with:- the Banque Alimentaire food raising- the Scouts et Guides of France- my rowing clubs- the MIT Alumni Association in France Over the years, I have made sure to combine Finance and Heart in my professional choices. This is one of the reasons why I joined Crédit Coopératif in 2020, a bank involved in Social Economy, promoting respect for the environment and inclusion. I am proud to be a member of the General Management Committee of a company to which I am particularly linked, as well as to its values in favor of a fairer, more responsible and sustainable economy.My teams and I are involved in 4 areas:🚀 Strategy: definition and follow-up of the strategic plan 🤝 Corporate life: membership development / member relationsgovernance, board of directors and membership relations🏢 Private Equity investments in France and abroad👩🏼⚖️ Legal department🍃I am a board member of impact management companies (Inpulse Investment Managers, ESFIN Gestion), impact funds (IDES, Helenos, ESFIN Participations, ESFIN SA) and FEBEA (European Federation of Ethical and Alternative Banks and Financiers, that gathers 33 financial institutions from 15 countries in Europe with the aim of developing and promoting Ethical Finance principles)
