Current• Manages the worldwide Data Analyst business comprising of multiple teams located in the US (East, West, Central), EMEA (France, UK, Spain), MENAT (Tel Aviv), and APJ. • Manages a team of 35, comprising of Senior Managers, Team Leads, Senior Data Analysts and Associates, responsible for driving data innovation and conducting in-depth analyses for high-profile Fortune 500 clients including Walmart, Tiffany, Microsoft, American Express, Disney, FedEx, and more.• Oversees a global Professional Services business from a data-driven P&L perspective.• Ensures the success of the WW Data Analysis organization by monitoring newly closed contracts, existing clients, renewals, and upsell opportunities.• Upskills, coaches, and responsible for the growth and careers of managers and direct reports.• Collaborates closely with the VP of Professional Services to align on the strategy of the WW Data Analysis business and be an integral part of the PS leadership team.• Optimizes existing global Professional Services processes by collaborating with leaders in Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success.• Manages and optimizes resourcing for new analysis projects within the team, addressing constraints and meeting specific client needs.• Handles all stages of recruitment for the team.• Serves as an expert on the Contentsquare tool and set of databases. Trains and upskills team members on both the product and advanced Contentsquare data.• Contributes to product evolution, including specification definition, prioritization of the roadmap, and suggesting improvements.• Serves as a touchpoint for insight generation and data reliability for internal resources, including the Customer Success team, Product team, and R&D.
