​My background includes over 15 years acting as Executive Assistant and Office Administrator for international companies, supporting C-level, board members and executive team, where my responsibilities included all administrative and secretarial issues; organization and management of large scale events and conferences; administrative team and third-party supplier’s coordination; facilities and office supplier´s coordination; and personal issues related to the executive.In 2019, I started to work for Airbus Brazil as ​the ​Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, CFO and Head of Country. After achieving some targets, I did my mobility ​for France​, to work for Airbus Defense & Space​​, starting in Sept. 2022, to support the HO Legal, the HO Quality - also board members -, and the Procurement and Supply Chain Leaders.I ​also ​worked for companies such as Ashland, Unilever, Whirlpool, Dupont and Tetra Pak, performing the same role and being prepared to acquire enough experience to be ​in the senior position.In addition to this experience, I gained considerable marketing skills during my employment at these companies. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies and language skills considering I speak fluent Portuguese, English and French and have Spanish in intermediate level.I have experience abroad and with culture differences, as I lived ​ in different countries as France, UK​, Brazil​ and Switzerland​.​
