Hi! I am passionate about lifting people up, enabling positive and sustainable change, and helping others thrive. At dm-drogerie markt, Germany's largest drugstore chain by revenue, I pursue my passion by co-creating exceptional learning opportunities and innovative development programmes. In my previous role as the first Head of Participation at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, one of Europe's largest classical music venues, I developed learning journeys for children, youth, and adults. Three milestones in that role: I ideated, conceptualized and co-created the ‘Takeover Festival’ with a total of 4.500 visitors in the first two editions (2021/2022), developed new management workshops and leadership training, and supported the strategic realignment of the Festspielhaus (change management process). Prior to joining the team at the Festspielhaus Baden-Baden, I explored trust and its potentialities for learning and teaching during my PhD at the University of Luxembourg. I enjoyed important phases of my life in Luxembourg, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.
