As part of RHEA’s Recruitment Team, I work to support candidates to step up their career by matching their experience with new opportunities and new responsibilities. Together with the managers we define the recruitment requirements and determine the corresponding channels to hire the best candidate. The goal is to correlate the candidates aspirations with the client needs ! The profiles we are looking for are mainly technical engineering and scientists for the space and cyber security industry. I am taking full ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for specific projects and/or customers, ranging from identifying appropriate candidates until closure. My role includes HR Generalist responsibilities such as drafting offer letters, negotiating salary, answering queries, etc I am identifying and implementing sourcing strategies in function of the job positions by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources. I am contributing to the development of an active pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, complex internet searches, etc. to allow a quick and efficient response. I perform all related administrative and documentation tasks. I occasionally travel to the regions in order to meet with the Regional Business Unit Managers as well as with customers and/or employees to improve the contact, understand the local business needs and acquire a better understanding of the client’s needs.
