I am a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Broker. I supervise a team of real estate agents at our office in Alpharetta, Georgia. I'm responsible for verifying the continued licensing of assigned agents, hiring, onboarding, and training new agents, and ensuring the performance and legal compliance of our team.

Served as the single point leader and key customer relationship manager for a large-scale, multi-year US government contract with a global scope of services. Led and tightly integrated multiple internal disciplines into one program team, and acted as the centralized authority responsible for meeting/exceeding the overarching objectives of the program. This international effort included overseeing several hundred field service personnel in austere locations in over 15 countries.

Responsible for the procurement, subcontracting and installation of all Vanderlande and third party designed equipment and steel works. Reported directly to the Chief Procurement Officer at corporate headquarters in the Netherlands. Led the North American team, and was a member of the global Management Team - Procurement & Logistics, as well as a member of the North American Leadership Team in the Marietta Office.

Responsible for planning, developing, supervising and directing the Family Program for 14,000 National Guard members and their families.Chief Staff Officer, Joint Task Force 48-4, Djibouti, Horn of Africa. March - Sepember, 2012. Senior O-6 forward and Federal Program Manager for a dynamic Special Operations Task Force.Chief of the Joint Staff, 2009 to 2011. Served as right-hand to Adjutant General, serving as the State’s Senior Official for military functions and joint military program operations. Oversaw strategic planning, policy, safety, public relations and preparing the state for federal support operations. Managed a 150 person multi-functional staff. Served as the Federal Program Manager for two DoD funded programs.Chief Of Staff, 116th Air Control Wing, 2007 to 2009. Senior leader for the largest flying wing in the Air National Guard. Unit was awarded the Air Force Oustanding Unit Award during my tenure. Maintenence Group Commander, 2004 to 2007. Trained and deployed a 1,300 person organization including maintenance, safety, and other programs into SE Asia in support of Operation IRAQI and ENDURING Freedom. Maintained a home station fleet of heavy aircraft for training and operational requirements. Led the largest Group in the ANG to two national awards. Served as the Federal Program Manager for a $200M/year Contractor Logistics Support contract.EUCOM Battle Watch Captain, Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany, May to September 2006.
