As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) I am responsible for leading and managing the overall operations and resources of EsperHealth. Working closely with my partners we will develop and implement strategies, products and solutions that maximizes value for our clients.We are an innovative technology start-up specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for the healthcare industry. Our mission is to revolutionize healthcare by delivering AI-driven platforms, solutions and services that enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and streamline operations for payers, providers, pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers (PBM).

Provide technology advisory services to OMERS and their portfolio of companies covering a variety of topics including due diligence, technology and risk assessments, vendor assessments and referrals, value creation, mentoring and coaching of portfolio companies CxO's.

Support deal teams by performing technology due diligence on proposed investments by TRP. Diligence covers target companies technology products, platforms, architecture, management team, market place risks and potential. I am also frequently called upon to comment on technology trends and market place opportunities that may yield future investment opportunities.

As an independent contractor, I partner with the McKinsey team to provide technology advisory services to clients on all aspects of cloud and digital transformation for large scale enterprises. My services range from strategy to execution and operation at scale in Hybrid or Public cloud models. I also work with clients on the leadership and cultural changes which must take place along side any technology transformation.

Eketelsi is a strategic consulting firm whose focus is on assisting 'new age' digital technology companies with their go to market and growth strategies. As a member of the Strategic Advisory Board, my focus is on growth and value creation strategies in support of the founders of Eketelsi.

Managed a budget and operations of approximately $2B for Technology Services, an enterprise shared service. Staff includes 2,000+ employees, plus many additional managed service providers around the globe. Responsibilities include: Data Centers, Network, Servers and Storage, Strategic Platforms, Cloud, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Application Develop and Support.  Led execution of an enterprise wide $400 million Hybrid Cloud transformation program at Johnson & Johnson which resulted in the reduction of the application foot print by 40%; 85% of applications being virtualized and $70M in run rate savings to date. The program has enabled market place agility and velocity for the 250 operating companies within Johnson & Johnson and has positioned the company at the forefront of healthcare technology. Global Network - Transformation of a legacy global network to one which is cloud-ready with a foundation of virtualization and automation to provide flexibility, security and performance. This is a four year $120M program that will yield $23M in run rate savings.  Manufacturing - Transformed sites by extending Hybrid Cloud to lab, manufacturing, distribution and warehouses around the globe. This $40M program drove step function improvement in performance, visibility and reliability across these sites and cut cycle time for deployments in half. Chairperson of Enterprise Technology Operating Committee (ETOC), responsible for overseeing operation and execution of J&J’s technology organization globally. Focused areas of ETOC include: Execution of TLM and ALM strategies, development of Enterprise Capabilities in Hybrid Cloud, Data and Analytics, Digital, CRM, Connected Commerce, and Collaboration. In the role of ETOC Chairperson, fostered enterprise thinking and leadership across the technology organization.

Served in the capacity of Chief of Business Technology for this $70 billion Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) firm. Oversaw 2,300-person Business Technology organization with an operating budget of $460 million.
