1 I'm in charge of Data Department. One workmate works with me and report to me2 I gather excel workbooks from our consultants and process data in them. On special analysis point, I'll discuss it with consultants. After changing data to charts, I'll give them to the consultant3 I'll report department work to general manager4 I use excel functions like IF,SUM and so on to process data and pivot table to reorganize my data. All data will be displayed in chart in powerpoint finally5 I study on automatic data-to-chart changing by using VBA and I work it out. Before, a report wasted 4 hours to complete and now I use only half an hour

1 I have worked on assembly line for 3 months. And I worked for Plan and Logistics Purchase Center for 3 months and 1 month in QC. Finally my main job was KPI and Data Operate management, and I was the secretary of our vice director meanwhile, and I was office clerks of many departments2 I was a member of logistics project leading by the vice president of manufacturing center. I designed the logistics route and made signage3 I learned AutoCAD and CorelDraw to help my work4 I was trained to develop a course and learned from MCT about excel skills. Then I developed a excel course facing to my workmates and it was accepted by training department of HR center
