My recent promotion to Senior Account Executive (Senior AE) exemplifies the significant value I've added to the company over the past four years. It's also a reflection of the unique breadth and depth of knowledge I bring to the table regarding both UCaaS and CCaaS, combined with my ability to distill the benefits of the Zoom Platform for customers in a way that helps them understand our alignment with their key initiatives. With the current Global health crisis around COVID-19, being able to stay connected with your Family, Teams, Customers, and your Business Partners has never been more relevant. With that said, after 10 years as a Video/Unified Communications Collaboration CSE/TSA at Cisco, I will be changing roles at the end of the month, moving into a position directly aligned with our Webex Business Unit as a Technical Adoption Engineer (TAE), focusing specifically on Webex customer adoption. The Webex platform is one of the most rapidly evolving (Cloud delivered) technologies at Cisco. While Webex remains the industry Gold standard for Web Conferencing and Collaboration, there is an opportunity for us to show our customers how they can achieve even more by leveraging this investment. In this new role, I will be working with our customers to ensure they are optimized to get the most out of their investment in Webex to address their business challenges. In addition, I will be functioning as an intermediary between our customers and our Webex Development team, providing feedback to ensure we are prioritizing in our development efforts the features, which are most critical for our customers.

Focus on collaboration technologies including: voice, video, unified communications (UC), contact center, APIs, SDKs, virtualization and cloud.

Implement a solution for event capture and streaming of live and on-demand productions. Create interface to support the features based on client requirements. Manage and coordinate technical logistics and production considerations for the distribution of streaming video. Manage, support and develop IT infrastructure including: 2003 Exchange Server; Active Directory; Hardware and Software support for servers and desktops (Windows and Macintosh); Routers, Switches and Wireless Devices.
