During my time at the laboratory of this reputable bottling company, I performed analysis of wines during its various stages of production. This role requires accurate testing abilities, excellent communication, innovative thinking and knowledge of the wine industry.

I worked as an analyst in the microbiology department where analysis of water, wine, foodstuff and swabs occurred. I also became a technical signatory in this role (competent to release results to clients) by successfully being audited on my knowledge and skills, as the company is a SANAS accredited lab. Other responsibilities included, improving and updating methods, insuring SANAS standards where met at all times, handling client orders, managing the stock control of the laboratory supplies as well as assisting with media preparation supervision.
