In my role as the marketing manager at FILA, I am responsible for the development and implementation of FILA’s marketing strategy across the brand, retail and wholesale divisions as submitted and approved by the FILA global team. This involves creating and overseeing the marketing budget, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, managing a team, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives are geared towards optimizing sales while effectively reaching and influencing both new and existing customers.

• Coordinating and fulfilling the marketing function within the company. This includes handling the retail, brand and wholesale marketing for Soviet across various platforms including in-house marketing, online, social media, print and campaign planning to ensure highest possible return on investment.• Planning and implementation of Soviet's marketing strategy with the assistance of an outsourced publicist and advertising agency.• Marketing budget management and effective implementation to best meet company and consumer needs.

Assisting in the management of the store, doing all administrative paperwork, making sales, communicating with customers and staff, ensuring own and store targets are met and fulfilling the roll of the manager when she is not there.

Sewing, assisting with construction of garments and interacting with clients.
