Collaborated with cross-border stakeholders to develop business justification for every requested funding item with corresponding return on investment.

• Led multiple complex web application development projects to successful deployments on schedule & within budget for both internal & external clients. Excel in managing end-to-end software development lifecycle. These projects helped save multi million dollars for IBM annually.• Developed effective feedback-loop management process to ensure product features meet customer needs & projects were delivered on time.• Adopted Agile methodology in managing projects & employed latest technologies & tools.

• Developed an e-Procurement application automating the Outsource Supply Chain manual buy-sell process for IBM Singapore Trading Centre. Delivered multiple releases with quality code, on time delivery & on budget to address new business requirements and improve customer satisfaction. The application streamlined the end to end solution from customers to IBM to suppliers which contributed to 1/3 of Outsource Supply Chain revenue.

• Developed a yield reporting application using J2EE which automated the yield reporting process for IBM LTO tape drive’s test process. Reduced 10 man-hours of manual reporting per week & increased efficiency & accuracy for yield reporting. • Led a team of Test Engineering technicians, responsible for end to end IBM LTO’s test processes & line yield improvement.
