With two decades of experience in the building construction industry, I wear many hats as an entrepreneur, chief engineer, academic, and director. I am the founder of two companies: (1) DPE Engineering and Construction Joint Stock Company in Vietnam, specializing in constructing iconic high-rise buildings since 2013, and (2) M Modular in Australia, focusing on smart, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable building solutions since 2018.At M Modular, we partner with industry leaders and academic institutions such as the Australian Research Council, Melbourne University, Queensland University of Technology, and private sector partners like Schiavello and Bentley Homes. Together, we are pioneering the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies such as digital design, simulation, 3D printing, and automation of prefabricated building systems.As an academic at the Vietnam National University for Civil Engineering (NUCE), I teach concrete structures and have recently completed my PhD research on the environmentally friendly alternative of geopolymer concrete structures.My expertise spans design, structural building practice, material technology, research and development, technology adaptation, digital design, prefabricated modular building systems, computational design, knowledge transfer, quality assurance, construction supervision, training, and the ability to supervise PhD students.I'm proud to have contributed to many profitable projects in Vietnam and Australia, building a reputation as a leader in my field.
