I am a fourth-year student at Hanoi University's Faculty of Business Administration and Tourism and being a honest and energetic person with a practical mindset. My experience was actually as a server at Muong Coffee & Tea, an office coffee shop, in which I learned about management and customer service. With a strong background in business, my skills and abilities can learn and work in the fields of business and sales. Throughout my studies, I have built a firm foundation in English at the B2 level provided by Hanoi University. The school's program has provided me with the required analytical and problem-solving skills, and my participation shows my ability to work cooperatively and adapt to changing conditions. Moreover, I am excited to apply my skills and dedication to new chances for professional development.
