I was responsible for developing B2B communication strategies to enhance relationships with corporate clients, as well as B2C marketing communications designed to increase cardholder retention and loyalty. I coordinated closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Client Services to ensure consistent and timely communications across a broad range of media and formats, including both print and digital.I managed cardholder materials and served as a liaison between Creative, Legal, and Banking Operations to update and review materials accurately and on time, leading cross-functional efforts to develop and execute strategic and ad-hoc client communications.I assisted in developing and executing programs that enhance, leverage, and maintain strong client relationships while creating communications to actively cross-sell products across the channel. Additionally, I supported Marketing in developing and executing cardholder retention and loyalty campaigns.I supported one of our largest accounts, Populus Financial Group (ACE Cash Express), and Skylight ONE Paycard.

Formerly Netspend, acquired by Ouro in May 2023.I was responsible on supporting Retail accounts while working beside the Account Managers and Marketing Managers to grow sales, build relationships and project management of marketing initiatives for each quarter. I was also responsible for on-boarding new stores for the Retail portfolio, testing new cards and products and merchandising audits. As a senior coordinator, I also managed a smaller aggregator account, ePay which grew sales YoY with marketing initiatives and managing inventory in warehouse and retailers for this account

I participated in recruitment effort for exempt and non-exempt personnel; coordinated advertisements and position postings; I monitored personnel hiring and terminations and ensured accuracy of data input and systems access for associates while maintaining employee confidence and protects operations by maintaining personnel data confidential and accurate.My experience in this fast paced environment lead me with skills of efficiency and accuracy. I've gained vast range of skills such as communication skills, negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build a relationship within the organization as well as outside of the organization.

Formerly Netspend, acquired by Ouro in May 2023.I was responsible for our company wide card order validation and fulfillment for thousands of Netspend cardholders daily. We serviced three different product cards and was required to complete fulfillment under multiply applications through our internal and external vendor sites.During record high tax seasons, we would see 100,000 of cards daily that we were responsible for review and approval. I become proficient in excel in this position, learning how to run macros and work with large amounts of data.

I was responsible for training, on-boarding new partners and assisted with the teller incentives program implemented by Sales Managers in the field aimed at rewarding sales milestones.
