- Support Turnover process manager (TOP), I&C, Mech Project Managers, and technical staff- Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording of all documentation.- In charge of all activities for the control of TOP documents.- Responsible for controlling, Tracking, Issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, RFI, PV, punch List, SAT reports, letters, staff daily reports, Submittals, and other forms of pertinent documents from the client and subcontractors.- Coordinate with Electrical & Mechanical QA/QC and TOP team to keep the Master Punch List updated.- Preparation of Systems Binding and transmitting documents as part of the client’s submission.- Coordinate with Project Management & team, Client, and Subcontractors effectively and resolve problems and issues relating to documentation.- Monitor and update the Master Punch List (soft file and hard file) and share the daily report with all project staff.- Translating letters and documents.- Coordinates with respective project Assistant Document controller to ensure the correctness of the records, and to maintain a safe and secure working environment within Document Control.

- Coordinate and control all project documentation (drawing, contract, Bills...)- Coordinated document exchange between contractors, suppliers, and customers.- In charge of the timesheet of the employees- Create and maintain paper and electronic files- Prepare, organize, and assist with contracts and sub-contracts- Preparation of bidding documents and completion of tender specification forms- Coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and customers and control all the documents (incoming and outgoing) and handling materials documents.
