Dirige et gère une équipe d'ingénieurs et d'architectes pour la réalisation simultanée de divers projets immobiliers :- Construction d'un R+6 - Ngor Almadies : réalisation des travaux de gros œuvre, des réservations plomberie, électricité et climatisations. Budget : 220 millions FCFA- Construction d'une villa R+1 avec sous-sol - Corniche Ouest : réalisation des travaux de gros œuvre. Budget : 212 millions FCFA- Construction d'un sous-sol+R+11 - Point E : réalisation des travaux de gros œuvre à partir du 5e étage. Budget : 200 millions- Construction d'un R+4 - Ngor Almadies : réalisation des travaux de gros œuvre, des réservations plomberie, électricité et climatisations. Budget : 180 millions FCFACoordonne les actions du département technique et les échanges avec les différentes parties prenantes des projets (clients, cabinets d'architecte, bureaux d'études, bureaux de contrôle, services publics, etc.)Assure l'estimation des devis de vente des projets et des budgets internes. Contrôle les dépassements budgétaires et gère les approvisionnements des différents sites de projet.

Responsible for the daily reporting and supervision of works and the HSE component on the Dravo Costa Dorada dredge. Dredging 30 km from the coast as part of the physical work to restore, protect and maintain the beaches of SALY- SENEGAL

Participation à une mission de contrôle en géotechnique routière , topographique et en eaux et assainissement (AEP et évacuation). Le projet est situé à Pointe Sarène, dans le département de Mbour au Sénégal (SAPCO).

Avec ce stage, j'ai eu l'opportunité d'effectuer des missions à Podor et à Linguère, des régions du Sénégal, pour le compte des études de l'APD du PRAPS (Programme d’Appui au Pasteralisme dans le Sahel). Par la suite, les résultats de cette mission m'ont permis de concevoir des plans et des devis sous le contrôle de l'ingénieur en charge du projet.
