The aim of the project was to optimize emergency response operations during the Covid-19 pandemic by obtaining an up-to-date sampling frame of health facilities. This would also be useful for conducting health surveys or other disease surveillance activities in collaboration with the "Agence Nationale de la Statistique et de la Démographie (ANSD)" and strengthened the routine health information system. My role involved coordinating with all project partners, managing project timelines, developing the project budget, and monitoring progress to ensure that all project milestones were achieved. By successfully completing this project, we were able to make a significant contribution to improving the country's healthcare system and enhancing its preparedness for future health emergencies.Selected activities include:● Participated weekly meetings between the Gates Ventures, the MoHSA of Senegal, and IRESSEF to discuss the progress status towards developing a complete and consensual MFL,● Coordinated the Identification of the most authoritative data source and import this information to the MFL,● Supported the integration of information from any relevant additional available data sources● Supported the data triangulations and merging of data sources efforts using the DHIS2 Data Sources, the SPA facility lists, and other relevant sources, and● Coordinated the validation of the proposed MLF with Gates ventures, MoHSA, IRESSEF, and other key in-country Divisions, -
