    As the Project Manager, I contributed to the development of a Master Facility List (MFL) project in collaboration with Gates Ventures, the Ministry of Health, IRESSEF, and other key partners in the country. The aim of the project was to optimize emergency response operations during the Covid-19 pandemic by obtaining an up-to-date sampling frame of health facilities. This would also be useful for conducting health surveys or other disease surveillance activities in collaboration with the "Agence Nationale de la Statistique et de la Démographie (ANSD)" and strengthened the routine health information system. My role involved coordinating with all project partners, managing project timelines, developing the project budget, and monitoring progress to ensure that all project milestones were achieved.
