National Project Coordinator
Current-Lead the implementation of project activities with timeliness, quality and efficiency criteria, ensuring that expected results are achieved on time and within budget, in line with overall project requirements and policies, values and procedures of the ILO,-Initiate, support and guide cooperation with key partners, in close collaboration with ILO technical specialists to ensure project performance and results,-Coordinate project activities implemented by partners, consultants and trainers and ensure the quality of results,-Regularly inform government officials, employers 'and workers' associations on the progress of the project,-Ensure a regular flow of information on the status of activities planned and implemented between the Dakar project team, ETD / BP and headquarters,-Prepare briefing notes, periodic reports and statistical data on the status of project activities,-Assist in the programming and control of resources, prepare the budget estimates and cost estimates by analyzing and monitoring the state of resources in relation to the planned activities, recommend to the administration the measures of recovery considered required,-Organize conferences, seminars, workshops, training sessions and meetings, with the technical support of specialists within ETD - Dakar and SKILLS,-Develop and implement a communication strategy that ensures: visibility of project results, dissemination of project information through publications and press releases, and good communication with all partners
