In West African Economic And Monetary Union (Waemu/Uemoa) Zone

Lead partnership development, sectorial programs design. Ensure clear orientation for partners including governments, regional bodies, private sector and financial actors on Mastercard Foundation 2030 Young Africa Works. Organize program design in alignment to the roadmap priority sectors. Communicate progress and learnings from projects to colleagues and the wider development community. Identify challenges and opportunities facing Innovations that can be unlocked through education, labor and financial systems to drive job growth. Provide perspective and expertise on emerging issues and trends in youth employment, Emergent sectors and entrepreneurship growth in Africa. Build relationships with partner organizations, communities of practice, and global stakeholders. Serve as a local point of contact and collaborator across a range of interested parties including partner organizations, government officials, young people, and private sector leaders on issues of common concern to leverage positive impact toward common goals. Represent the Foundation and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders: Establish a system that generates, identifies, and scales youth led solutions to propel economic opportunity creation across the continent Validate models that unlock future-aligned economic opportunities, are driven by global demand, and can be readily scaled to contribute significantly to economies across the continent Contracting of a new program Disbursements for programs under management based on program milestones. Design and manage programs in line with the approved WAEMU strategy. Feedback to partner with regards to program design and implementation.

Haïti

Responsible of management and providing technical oversight of the development and implementation of the Country Program (CP) Resiliency programming, ensuring effective systems and processes, particularly for large and complex projects, are in place that support high-quality programming, organizational learning, innovation, and growth advancing Catholic Relief Services' (CRS) work in building up for economic and social development.

Support the built of a market demand and supply of improved sanitation products and services in the USAID-ACCES (WASH) project. Design country Program Financial Inclusion strategy regarding sectors, objectives and targets by providing technical support for MFIs, banks, Small Entrepreneurs. Coordinate Financial Inclusion working-group to develop a community financing mechanism to leverage community’s capital to lend to savings groups or other community groups interested in managing the transaction (loans to members and collecting payments). Lead the analysis process on how financial Institution can offer loans to customers form WASH enterprises, supporting one large private company willing to provide up-front payment for latrines based on requests from households. In MasterCard Foundation Youth Entrepreneurship and Financial Inclusion program in partnership with the Government, built around existing youth-financing access programs to create a system of support for youth to gain additional life skills, and technical skills, and links to opportunities and meaningful work. In the USDA Millet Value Chain (Agribusiness) Project, Design a Seed and Inputs systems for Agribusiness.

Sénégal

Under The MasterCard Foundation contract for Senegal, Burkina Faso, Uganda and Zambia, I managed the project in Senegal. Coordinate local partners and CRS Staff training in Savings Groups (SILC-PSP) methodology, Financial Inclusion, Entrepreneurship and Marketing Basic. I ensure that the program management applies new knowledge and understanding for strategic decision-making. Include local partners, government and other actor’s partnership management. Provide all necessary support to research, monitoring and evaluation team in collaboration with international Firms. Use Saleforces and Taroworks tool to assess community socioeconomic categories and analyze poverty quartiles with the Progress out of Poverty Index(PPI) based on the specific needs of the project. In integrated Brakna Recovery Initiative (iBRI) resilience program in Mauritania funded by USAID/OFDA, with local partners and structures already in place is a fundamental principle of CRS’ that enables technical support to be expanded to governments and communities for continued impact after a project’s completion through

Insure implementation of risk and disaster reduction plans implemented in 12 zones. Provide guidance to design support activities for vegetable production techniques, conservation farming, plant diversification and animal productions.
