- Company formation from bare startup to full operation- Providing leadership and coaching to personnel; determining capability gaps, monitoring development, training & performance- Managing P&L and balance sheet and directly responsible for associated operating expenses, CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and cost management- Achieving the business financial targets through an agreed set of strategic and tactcial plans.- Managing credit proposals, associated credit risks and making decisions on settlement plans, debt collections, legal actions and write offs.- Analyzing company results and benchmark it against competitor’s activity, understanding of country economic political conditions, supply & logistics costs/expense, strategic maxims, material supply customer portfolio and SWOT.- Maintaining customer relationship and governmental and public entities involved in construction.- Tendering and contract management negotiation including material Suppliers Relations Management and terms negotiations- Implements and monitors safety standards and programs, and incorporate it into daily guidelines
