I manage a team of Engagement Officers and together as a team we engage with local BBNI groups, churches and volunteer leaders, supporting them in the delivery of Boys' Brigade in over 240 churches in Northern Ireland and Donegal. As Training Manager I develop and deliver training for volunteer leaders within BBNI. I assess the needs of leaders and develop training to equip them in their roles as leaders. This involves developing training programmes for young people and adults.
