As office admin I assist in staffing and delegation of duties to a staff of 30+ employees, ensuring student/teacher ratios are always met. I input billing and payments, assist in enrolling new students, creating staff and classroom schedules, and guide planning and creative processes for classrooms. I handle student files and make sure they are up to date, create and distribute messages using the ProCare system to families, open and close the school, and provide thorough, caring, and effective communication between students, parents, staff, and prospective clientele.
