I converted text into SGML for inclusion into Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs). I maintained a 98% SGML efficiency record which provided merit bonuses. Developed new method of changing hard copy to soft copy in order to save time, effort, and money. Researched new APLs and made sure that the tech manuals were up-to-date and accurate for maintenance on the subs based on MIPs and MRCs. Produced and coordinated the production of Ship Specific Configurations (SSC) and Functional Baseline Configurations (FBC) of Navy sites and vessels. I was the coordinator for ship checks and the production of as-built configuration handbooks. After our AMSEC Division was transferred to Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary, I was the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Network Architecture for IT-21. I developed the IT system architecture for the Global Command and Control System - Maritime (GCCS-M). Created design architecture for the Navy's "Smart Ship". I worked directly with SPAWAR to ensure timely completion of deliverables. I also developed the GCCS-M network architectures in real-time HTML for web publishing utilizing Aperture.
