ReachBack, a 501(c)(3) non-profit was founded out of the desire to see more equitable, inclusive and diversity around the idea more communities should have the opportunity to thrive, no matter its zip code. As the Founder, I've created a business model and framework which I call "Reverse Private Equity Modeling" which seeks to grow startup entrepreneurial ecosystems and talent in communities that are experiencing declines in small business and/or entrepreneurial growth rates.
