Previously a board member and consultant psychologist to Bayside Transformations for five years - a medium term Drug and Alcohol Residential Rehabilitation Centre situated in Hervey Bay, Daphne also served as a consultative member of the Executive Committee of Transformations Programs. This Committee supports the development and professional oversight of the rehabilitation programs and processes, and provides leadership supervision for state based, nationally located Therapeutic Communities operated by Transformation Programs Australia (previously Transformation Ministries International). The rehabilitation centres offer a four stage , twelve month, rehabilitation program, including group sessions, practical teaching, life skilling, individual counselling sessions, workplace ethics, and spiritual direction providing hope, restoration, and re-education for those seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addictions, and co-morbid conditions (mental health and addiction conditions).
