I am currently in the PhD program at the University of Colorado working with Dr. Ed Kinney on the CEBAF experiment at Jefferson Lab to elucidate the inner structure of the nucleon. I was the recipient of the Patrick Dahlin Physics Memorial Award at the University of Michigan. I conducted research with Jeff Mcmahon at the University of Michigan for 3 years in the fields of optics, meta-materials and modeling anti-reflective surfaces for CMB telescopes to improve the detection of small fluctuations in the microwave background. Furthermore, I was nominated and attended the FUTURE 2020 program at CalTech. Until entering my PhD program I worked in the ATLAS labs at The University of Michigan as a part of the international collaborative effort ongoing at CERN. My work with the ATLAS group at the LHC involved the construction of new SMDT detectors to be placed in the LHC during the ATLAS Phase-II upgrade. from.
