Coordinated 3 day event for 200+ classmates and their families. Successfully used social media not only to connect with active participants, but also to recruit help in boosting attendance. Worked closely with university staff. Commitment to environmental sustainability led to choices of "give aways" which would enhance reunees 'experiences with minimal environmental impact. Attention to details enabled individual classmates to integrate into the group regardless of how many classmates they knew before arriving. Ability to work with a variety of personalities sheltered individual committees and enabled them to plan panels and events without being disrupted by the "noise" of naysayers. Supported the cautious with their tasks of reaching out to speakers. Wrote descriptions of events for web and printed brochures. Imagination and commitment to making a difference in people's lives garnered support for a new class-wide initiative utilizing the huge spectrum of experience and passion represented among classmates.
