My passion is helping people and organizations reach business and professional goals. I started my career documenting administrative procedures for large companies to support the achievement of efficiency and regulatory compliance objectives. Through that experience, I gained understanding of job roles, workflows, and operational processes ranging broadly across business sectors. Later, I shifted my focus to smaller organizations, writing business and marketing documents that included executive profiles and grant proposal narratives. A temporary role in the social and environmental justice landscape fueled my early interest in these endeavors and today I continue to pursue roles that expand my impact through strategized communications and operational process enhancements that streamline workflows. I am a lover of learning, a news junkie, and a problem-solver. I also root for underdogs. Other personal strengths include adaptability, resiliency, and resourcefulness. Professionally, I bring advanced skills in writing, planning, and organization to every undertaking. I'm known for my dedication to a job well done and my ability to establish rapport with others. A self-starter with a proven ability to drive initiatives from beginning to end with minimal oversight, I work most productively in a remote environment that enables and encourages collaborative communication and celebrates team effort.
