Overseeing and jointly responsible for strategic development and operational activities with a focus on (legal) service delivery and continuous improvement. Also responsible for legal and governance matters, and its compliance. Collaborated with stakeholders to identify and understand operational, legal, risk and compliance developments and acting upon them.As part of the Senior Management ensuring that initiatives to support the firm’s strategy are successfully developed and implemented. As such, playing an active managerial role in operations with respect to MBD (including key client account management), L&D, IT, P&W, and Knowledge Management.

Business and Service Delivery. From 2021 onwards I was responsible for the Legal Services Delivery hub in Amsterdam. Responsible for reporting by the Heads of service lines (CPMO, Legal Technology, Business Process Improvement, Legal Delivery Centre, Legal Project Management, Resourcing and Procurement & Sourcing) to the management of DLA Piper International.

Reporting to the international organisation, and delivering management updates. Chaired local management team, International Business Partners, partner and location head meetings. Various responsibilities; set the agenda for the strategic partner meetings, launch the national key client program, GDPR implementation, implement secondment and sector programs, responsible for local procurement.

After completing my law studies at the ‘Vrije Universiteit’ in Amsterdam in 2005, I joined Intertrust. Until October 2010 mainly assisting Russian private individuals, who were active in real estate development in Europe.Since 2010 member of the North America team. As such, overall responsible, with a focus on corporate and legal matters, for a number of client companies with different types of investments.Seconded to Curacao (2009), Houston (2011) and Grand Cayman (2013).
