I have been working as a sommelier for over 5 years, of which 6 month at Restaurant La Table de Pavie (**) in Saint-Émilion. I moved to France to learn more about the wines of Bordeaux, especially Saint-Émilion and Pomerol. Before this adventure started I worked over 2 years at Restaurant Rantrée (*) at Maastricht. At Restaurant Rantrée I learned a lot, I would like to share and increase my knowledge.Although I am only sommelier for 5 years, the years before I recognized that wine became more and more a passion for me. Since then I deeped myself in wine more often. Beside my work, wine is a hobby as well. With this saying, in my spare time I keep learning and search for more the details and information about wineries and their wines. My other passion is to deliver a culinary experience all up into the smallest details to guests, a lunch or diner to never forget. I am happy to contribute to a pleasant stay for our guests and think it is important that guests go home with a good and satisfying feeling.
