Responsible for about 80 clients and entertainers for our facility ensuring event scheduling, fulfillment, and disbursements.Hosted events for major corporations benefiting charitiesResponsible for purchasing and maintenance of inventory for food, alcohol, and beverages.Assisted with the opening of new lounge & bar Cielo Lounge including all procurement and inventory of beverages and foods.Event coordinating including booking reservations and entertainments (bands, singers, etc), and advertising including creation of event flyers.Ordering of all materials related to marketing (i.e. event flyers, novelties, and all office supplies). Create financial reports of cost gains, expenditures and budget.
