Working at Menifee County School District for 11 years as a substitute teacher has been an incredible blessing in my life. The opportunity to be a part of the educational journey of countless students has inspired me to pursue a career in teaching. This experience has ignited a passion within me to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners.Throughout my time as a substitute teacher, I have had the privilege of working with dedicated educators, supportive staff, and enthusiastic students. The collaborative and nurturing environment at Menifee County School District has provided me with invaluable learning experiences and professional growth. The interactions with students, witnessing their growth, and being a catalyst for their learning have been the most rewarding aspects of my journey as a substitute teacher. It has been fulfilling to see the curiosity and eagerness to learn in their eyes, and to be able to contribute to their educational development. The supportive community within Menifee County School District has played a significant role in my decision to pursue a teaching career. The encouragement and mentorship from fellow educators have motivated me to further my education and become a certified teacher.
