DESIGN & COPYWRITING- Develop and create retail and clinic marketing collaterals such as brochure and monthly promotional posters, which includes prints, eDM, still image, gif image etc- Coordinate with external vendors for production of marketing collaterals, installation of new VMs in retail stores and marketing purchases which include other miscellaneous or design projects.MARKETING- Assist in marketing communication both internally and externally, to ensure both retail and online are in-sync with the product pricings or promotion, if applicable.- Support and assist in coordinating with external stakeholders and vendors for retail and clinic marketing activities.- Assist in tracking and measuring marketing activities and update the retail and online team if required.- Reporting of online sales figures and marketing spendings to the Marketing Director and Manager on a monthly basis.DIGITAL PLATFORM- Assist in planning and execution of social media calendar for both retail and clinics which includes copywriting and designing of visuals for Facebook and Instagram posting.- Support in planning digital campaigns for social media.- Assist in managing and maintaining of digital content on website, blogs and other digital materials- Update and support online shop with new products listing, online videography with external vendors.- Coordinate with external digital vendors on executing and tracking of projects and performance.- Support and coordinate ad-hoc digital projects for both retail and clinics.- Create and update digital assets for in-store display.PUBLIC RELATION- Support and manage influencers and bloggers for brands marketing effort.- Coordinate and support PR events, store opening, and online contest/giveaway on Facebook/Instagram.- Support and coordinate with external parties for collaboration and sponsorship

Primary Scope:DIGITAL MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA· Develop and improvise marketing strategies via digital marketing and online platforms to create brand awareness.· Manage and make improvement to both digital marketing & social media platform and communities. Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.· Participate in online conversations, personifying the brands/events in positive, being sensitive to hot button topics and issues and providing solution whenever possible.· Track effectiveness of digital marketing and social medial efforts.· Strong understanding of current market trend of customers’ digital habits, experiences and needs.· Support the establishment of digital infrastructure that will create a strong presence of our brands and products.· Support in creative & innovative digital marketing strategies that integrate with other marketing functions.· Updating the content on the responsive web site, mobile app and social media to promote the wide range of product, events and activities of the Company.· Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital marketing campaigns.· Stay up to date on the latest technologies and work to implement them when favorable.· Support and assist in implement CRM loyalty programmes to deliver traffic and revenue growth.
