I have coached, developed, maintained, and managed a top performing group for 7 continuous years.At the end of 2010, I was a leader in loan production, investment production, insurance sales and customer service profiles. I was the only person across a 4 state footprint to quadruple my goals for 2010 and then meet 2011 yearly goals in the first month of the year. My problem solving/goal obtaining skills are accurate, efficient, and creative. I am at ease with audits, financial statements, security issues, P&L management, performance coaching/reviews, training and addressing staff issues. I participated in special projects such as strategic planning sessions and testing software before it was implemented or purchased. I was given the task of mentoring/training the financial advisors for 7 different branches on the interview/information gathering process.
