After over 20 years in the environmental field, Daphne started Redbud Environmental, LLC to focus on storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs). Daphne is a fifth generation small business owner. She has prepared hundreds of SWPPPs in the last several years, helping numerous clients with municipal and state storm water permitting requirements for transportation, commercial development, housing development, landfill, and wastewater treatment plant projects. She is certified as a Qualified Preparer of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Qualified Compliance Inspector of Storm Water.

Performed modeling of a large urban watershed in central Oklahoma, evaluating impacts of urban development on nutrient and sediment loading to the receiving water body and the evaluation of targeted management practices. ArcGIS was utilized to prepare geographically distributed parameter maps for use in the SWAT model.Prepared numerous models for real-time evaluation of Scour Critical bridges across the state of Oklahoma. Arc GIS was utilized to prepare parameter maps for use in the Vflo model.

A primary author of the initial SWP3 developed for Tinker Air Force Base. Team coordinator for annual site compliance evaluations and annual SWP3 updates.Managed long-term monitoring sampling events as required by a Record of Decision (ROD), and served as site health and safety officer and task manager for the Soldier Creek Long-Term Monitoring Program. Ms. Summers was the primary author of the quarterly, semi-annual, and annual monitoring reports over the ten year duration of the project, and participated in sample collection and report preparation for the ecological risk assessment for Soldier Creek.Worked on numerous environmental projects at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma as well as other bases in the Midwest and Southwest.
