My responsibilities as Hospitality Manager: - Manage reservations and welcome and register guests once they arrive;- Create and apply strategic plans to help improve customer service;- Create and implement administrative manuals and lists to improve employee productivity;- Oversee personnel including housekeeping employees and interns;- Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses;- Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies;- Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities;- Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, and organisations;- Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules;- Partake in financial activities including establishing room rates and setting budgets.Come to your SENSES Boutique Hotel & Apartments is a brand new, small-scale, luxury hotel in the heart of Bonaire's capital city Kralendijk.
