These are limited liability companies with incorporated under the Laws of Uganda. The companies deal in Coffee processing, roasting and trade, Beer distribution and Hospitality.

• Filling of various documents/returns as required under the provisions of the Companies Law;• Seeing that legal requirements of the allotment, issuance and transfer of share certificates, mortgages and charges, have been complied with;• Convening the meetings of directors, on their advise;• Issuing notices and agenda of board meetings to every director of the company;• Carrying on correspondence with the directors of the company on various matters;• Recording the minutes of the proceedings of the meetings of the directors;• Implementing the policies formulated by the directors;• Issuing notices and agenda of the general meetings to the shareholders;• Negotiating contracts;• Making employment contracts; • Litigation; and • Advising on taxation matters.

• Keeping cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management;• Drafting legal opinions;• Making draft judgments;• Handling identifications for letters of administration;• Plea bargaining in criminal cases;• Mediating family disputes;• Keeping clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress; and• Supporting case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials for mediation conferences.
