In this part-time job in a chain of bustling greeting card shops across London, assisting customers find the card they need for their loved one. The role also required me to ensure that stock was refilled on the shop floor, meaning that I needed great attention to detail and ability to multi-task. I was required to interact with a variety of different customers of different ages, showing my flexible customer service skills. I also carried on this job over the weekends whilst interning in PR.

During my final year of uni, I undertook a six month marketing internship, in which I assisted to proofread, edit and market a series of educational books about luxury fashion brands. I wrote blogposts for the company website about fashion brands such as DVF and Tom Dixon and current affairs in the fashion industry such as the impact of fast fashion and greenwashing. I also created posts for the company’s Facebook, Twitter and Weibo accounts.
